At full build out, Zone 1 of the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area will include approximately 3.5 acres of parks and open spaces, which include a variety of active recreation and passive landscaping. See map a of these parks below as well as the current designs for the two park projects OCII is sponsoring – Block 3 Park and Under Ramp Park.  The Block 3 Park is part of the larger Block 3 Park and Streetscapes Improvement Project, which is a collaboration between OCII as the sponsor and funder, San Francisco Public Works as the design and engineering lead, and the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department as the planned owner and operator of the park.  For more information on the Block 3 Park and Streetscapes Improvement Project please see the project’s homepage here.
