ADDENDUM is issued on 7/15/2026 to notify you regarding the following updated documents uploaded in Building Connected:
1. The following documents and buyout trades have been updated in BuildingConnected and SF City Partner:
• 26-0701 MBS4E PHASE 1 - 50CD COMPILED R1.
• Attachment B - MB4E List of Contract Documents.
• Mission Block 4E - Instructions to Bidders PH1 & PH2 50CD.
• After reviewing the contract documents, we have determined the information provided is insufficient to accurately bid on the Metal Panels scope of work associated with Package III. We have excluded this specific scope from the current package, and we will include it as part of the next package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your interest in this project.
