Zone One of the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area includes one commercial project located at 250 Howard St (Transbay Block 5). Known as Park Tower, the 45-story tower features 767,000 square feet of Class A office space. In May 2018, Facebook Inc. (now Meta) leased all of Park Tower’s commercial space, which at the time was the biggest San Francisco office lease deal in the city’s history.
