5(b) Authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement with the City and County of San Francisco, acting through its Recreation and Parks Department, for the property management and maintenance of certain parcels within the Mission Bay Open Space system starting July 1, 2023, for a maximum amount not to exceed $950,000 for a Six-Month Budget consistent with the Approved Budget for Community Facilities District No. 5; Mission Bay North and South Redevelopment Project Areas
5(c) Authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement with the City and County of San Francisco, acting through the Port of San Francisco, for the property management and maintenance of certain parcels within the Mission Bay Open Space system starting July 1, 2023, for a maximum amount not to exceed $510,000 for a Six-Month Budget consistent with the Approved Budget for Community Facilities District No. 5; Mission Bay South Redevelopment Project Areas
5(d) Conditionally approving the Schematic Design for Under Ramp Park; adopting environmental findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; and providing notice that this action is within the scope of the Transbay Terminal/ Caltrain Downtown Extension/ Redevelopment Project Final Environmental Impact Statement/ Environmental Impact Report (“FEIS/EIR”), a program EIR, and is adequately described in the FEIS/EIR for purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act; Transbay Redevelopment Project Area
