5(b) Authorizing the Executive Director to extend the term of the Exclusive Negotiations Agreement and Predevelopment Loan Agreement for the affordable rental housing mixed-use project at Candlestick Point North Block 10A; and adopting environmental findings pursuant to CEQA; Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Area
5(c) Authorizing the Executive Director to extend the term of the Exclusive Negotiations Agreement and Predevelopment Loan Agreement for the affordable rental housing mixed-use project at Candlestick Point South Block 11A; and adopting environmental findings pursuant to CEQA; Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Area
5(d) Authorizing the Executive Director to apply the Preferences in City Affordable Housing Programs, as amended from time to time, to affordable housing approved by the Successor Agency to the extent consistent with the Successor Agency s Enforceable Obligations, redevelopment plans, and other applicable law
