Sister Lillian Murphy Community has been awarded the 2023 AIA Housing Award.

 

This OCII-sponsored affordable housing project, developed by Mercy Housing, fosters community through the intimate scale of four distinguishable building wings connected by open-air circulation and multilevel landscapes. With physical and visual connections to the surrounding neighborhood and nature, the design encourages a healthy lifestyle, a sense of place and facilitates connections between neighbors.

HomeRise at Mission Bay

 

Mission Bay South Bock 9, an OCII 100% affordable housing project, has been awarded a Green Point Rated (GPR) Platinum rating! 

 

The project, named HomeRise at Mission Bay, provides 141 supportive housing units designated for extremely low-income (at or below 30% of Area Median Income) formerly-homeless households. The development was one of the first in San Francisco to pursue modular construction as a test case for expediting vertical housing construction.

HomeRise at Mission Bay includes on-site supportive services tailored to meet resident needs. Amenities and community spaces include a large community room with kitchen, central ground floor courtyard with seating areas, a publicly-accessible community garden, a resident lounge and game room and a services suite.
