5d) Authorizing a Personal Services Contract with Fieldman, Rolapp and Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $86,500, for financial advisory services in connection with the proposed issuance of City and County of San Francisco Community Facilities District No. 6 (Mission Bay South) Special Tax Refunding Bonds
5e) Authorizing a Legal Services Contract with the Law Offices of Alexis S. M. Chiu, in an amount not to exceed $121,000, for disclosure counsel services in connection with the proposed issuance of tax allocation revenue bonds and tax allocation revenue refunding bonds
5f) Authorizing a Legal Services Contract with Jones Hall, a professional law corporation, in an amount not to exceed $308,000 for bond counsel services in connection with the proposed issuance of tax allocation revenue bonds and tax allocation revenue refunding bonds and for bond and disclosure counsel services in connection with the proposed issuance of City and County of San Francisco Community Facilities District No. 6 (Mission Bay South) Special Tax Refunding Bonds
