Resources for Businesses and Employees impacted by COVID-19

- Workers and Families First Program
The City will assist employers and fund 5 extra days of sick leave during the COVID-19 outbreak.
- Deferred Business Taxes for Small Businesses
For businesses with up to $10M in gross receipts, the City is deferring payment of quarterly business taxes due April 30, 2020 nine months to February 2021 with no interest or penalties.
- Deferred Business Licensing Fee
The City is deferring collection of annual small business license and permit fees that make up the Unified License Bill for three months to June 30, 2020.

However, please see visit the SF City Partner Portal for this RFP and view Attachments #1a: Property Map and #1b: Google Maps Aerial View of Essex Hillside Maintenance Area of the RFP, which collectively provide the location of the Essex Hillside site and three locations on public right-of-way to view the property in the field.
