Cancellation of Request of Proposals for Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 1 Parks Maintenance and Property Management
This notice is to inform proposers and all interested parties that the Request of Proposals (RFP) for Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 1 Parks Maintenance and Property Management dated May 8, 2019 is hereby cancelled. Pursuant to Section X.C. of the RFP, OCII is rejecting all responses and intends to reissue the RFP in the near future. Please visit and monitor this website for the reissuance of the RFP.

Prequalification Process:
Unless otherwise directed or authorized, in writing, by Contractor, all Subcontractors shall be required to provide prequalification information as defined by the Contractor and their Prequalification System,
TradeTapp by Building Connected, upon request and at Contractor's sole discretion, and in all cases prior to Contract award and at any time during the entire duration of the Contract.  

Preconstruction & Estimating:
100 % Payment and Performance bonds from a treasury rated surety in the full amount of the subcontract may be required for this project.
