5c) Conditionally Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a First Amendment to the Transbay Option Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Real Property and a Subordination Agreement, and to take related actions to facilitate a loan agreement between the Transbay Joint Powers Authority and Goldman Sachs Bank USA that funds the Transbay Terminal construction, subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco, the Oversight Board of the City and County of San Francisco and the California Department of Finance; Transbay Redevelopment Project Area.
