Remote Meeting Call-in Information

Due to the COVID-19 health emergency - and to protect our Commission Members, staff, and members of the public - meeting rooms at City Hall will be closed until further notice. Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely. Please see below for the meeting participation/call-in information.

Providing Public Comment

    Ensure you are in a quiet location

    Speak clearly and slowly

    Turn down any TVs or radios around you

 

  1. When prompted, dial “1 - 0” to be added to the speaker line.
  2. The auto-prompt will indicate you are entering “Question and Answer” time, but this is the “Public Comment” period.
  3. Callers will hear silence when waiting for your turn to speak.
  4. When prompted by the Commission Secretary, you will have the standard 3 minutes to provide your comments.

Commission Members will be attending meetings remotely through videoconferencing (and by telephone if the infrastructure fails).
