Remote Meeting Call-in Information

Due to the COVID-19 health emergency - and to protect our Commission Members, staff, and members of the public - meeting rooms at City Hall will be closed until further notice. Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely. Please see below for the meeting participation/call-in information.

Providing Public Comment

    Ensure you are in a quiet location

    Speak clearly and slowly

    Turn down any TVs or radios around you

 

  1. When prompted, dial “*3” to "raise your hand" and enter your request to speak.
  2. When it's your turn to speak, you will hear "Your line has been unmuted."
  3. You will have the standard 3 minutes to provide your comments.

Commission Members will be attending meetings remotely through videoconferencing (and by telephone if the infrastructure fails).
