Proposed Revisions to the Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 2 and Candlestick Point Project

FivePoint (the Master Developer for the Phase 2 Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point Project) is proposing a revised development program for Phase 2 of Hunters Point Shipyard (HPS2). They are currently working with OCII, the City and the CAC to obtain all the approvals necessary for implementation of the proposed revision, which are currently contemplated to include: amendments to the Hunters Point Shipyard (HPS) and Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Plans, a revised HPS Design for Development, a third amendment to the HPS Phase 2/CP Disposition and Development Agreement, and underlying plans, including Transportation, Infrastructure, Parks & Open Space, Housing, and Community Benefit Plans.
